Santo Ureña A. – Director of Strategy, Compliance & Fiscal Operations
Santo is a CPA with Master’s degrees in Taxation and Hospitality. He has over 25 years of experience in fiscal auditing, infrastructure oversight, petroleum logistics, and SME consulting across the Caribbean and Latin America. Santo is the founder of multiple firms, including Bell Corp and Rivera Ureña & Associates, and he currently leads Baulkham Group LLC’s technical, regulatory, and operational frameworks in the U.S.
Abel Ureña R. – Technical Advisor – Aerospace & Mechanical Engineering
Abel is a dual-degree student in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering at Western Michigan University. He brings insights in systems design, precision engineering, and simulation-based modeling.
Annette Ramos U. – Director of Operations & Client Management
Annette is a Computer Science graduate with strong execution skills in administration, subcontractor management, and client support. She oversees documentation, operational protocols, and communication with vendors and public/private clients.
Saúl Ureña R. – Graduate Engineering Consultant – Manufacturing Systems
Saúl is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering at Western Michigan University. He focuses on Lean Six Sigma, industrial automation, digital transformation, and ISO compliance in production environments.
